Penarth Athletic revival
This weekend, for the first time in 30 years Penarth Athletic, or Penarth Reserves as they used to be called will spring into action at the Athletic Field. With the Penarth first team playing away at Cardiff Quins RFC, the Seconds will entertain the visitors from Machen (Seconds), who replace Fairwater II, who are unable to raise a team. The kick off is at 14. 30. The last time Penarth RFC featured a second team was in 1986 with G Malvisi as captain.
